Job Description 

The Bliss Group is seeking an Innovations & Insights Intern to join our team to gain comprehensive skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience in various facets of research and analytics. This internship aims to provide exposure to: 

  • Conducting social listening conversation analyses 

  • Identifying stakeholder group from mentions 

  • Sentiment coding and analysis 

  • Analyzing top topics and conversation spikes 

  • Understanding stakeholder platform utilization 

  • Identifying influencers and top-performing hashtags 

  • Analyzing surveys and brand messaging for audience insights 

  • Conducting “White Space” analyses for brand strategy recommendations 

  • Identifying emerging themes through business intelligence tools 

  • Optimizing brand strategy frameworks 

  • Crafting high-level analysis for pitch decks 

  • Mastering data visualization 

  • Contributing to in-house innovation and optimization efforts 

The intern will collaborate closely with the Bliss Innovation & Insights team to develop best practices and frameworks, ensuring a dynamic and impactful internship experience. 

Skills Needed/Preferred: 

  • Preferred major(s):  Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, Business, Business Analytics 

  • Experience working in a collaborative setting 

  • Microsoft Excel Analytics 

  • SQL (preferred, not required) 

  • Experience with data analysis 

  • Experience with conducting secondary/desk research 

  • Experience with marketing/brand strategy (preferred, not required) 

  • Microsoft Office Tools (preferred, not required) 

Gain experience working across a variety of industries, including:  

  • Professional Services

In addition, interns will be provided with professional development and training opportunities throughout their tenure, including seminars on social media, media relations, writing for PR and marketing, the latest in marketing research and analytics tools, and more.  

The Bliss Group offers a modest stipend for interns and is ideally looking for candidates able to commit to a full-time work schedule.

Position Length: Monday, January 26– Thursday, May 21(16 Weeks) 

Position Type: 40 Hours; Full-time (Flexible upon discussion)  

Pay: $17/Hour
